Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation matters through all stages of the litigation process
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, written discovery, and deposition preparation
- Perform legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex legal issues
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings, as appropriate
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to develop case strategy
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness preparation, and trial support
- Analyze contracts, business records, and other evidence relevant to commercial disputes
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
- 2+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment
- Experience handling business disputes, breach of contract matters, and other complex commercial litigation cases
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Federal court experience is a plus
