Contract Commercial Litigation Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with prominent law firms and corporate legal departments in the Orlando area to identify experienced Commercial Litigation Attorneys for contract and project-based assignments. These opportunities are ideal for attorneys who enjoy managing sophisticated litigation matters, collaborating with legal teams, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters through all stages of the litigation process
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, written discovery, and deposition preparation
• Perform legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex legal issues
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings, as appropriate
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to develop case strategy
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness preparation, and trial support
• Analyze contracts, business records, and other evidence relevant to commercial disputes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment
• Experience handling business disputes, breach of contract matters, and other complex commercial litigation cases
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Federal court experience is a plus

Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
