Responsibilities
- Support leasing team with preparing proposals, renewals, and lease documentation
- Assist in negotiating lease terms under senior team guidance
- Conduct prospecting and outreach efforts to generate new tenant relationships
- Perform market research and maintain competitive analysis reports
- Assist with due diligence and underwriting activities for property acquisitions
- Coordinate between tenants, construction teams, and internal departments on build-outs and improvements
- Track construction timelines and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, supporting retention efforts
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants across leasing, operations, and support services
- Assist with property budgeting, forecasting, and financial documentation
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Yardi)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and reports
- Strong math aptitude and comfort working with financials (income statements, cash flow, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or construction
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Smartsheet
- Experience with Yardi, SharePoint, or Argus
- Exposure to leasing, tenant coordination, or real estate transactions
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and workflow support
