Job Duties include:

Install, repair, and maintain conveyor belt systems

Join or repair damaged belt ends using heat, cold joining, or mechanical splicing

Diagnose issues like belt slippage, misalignment, or mechanical failures

Swap out broken pulleys, bearings, and motors to keep operations running smoothly

Perform belt mapping, audits, and routine inspections to avoid unexpected equipment breakdowns

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, Technical/Trade school or equivalent experience

At least 2+ years of manufacturing work experience in operating machinery and using various hand tools

Ability to read and comprehend shop work orders

Ability to read and interpret measuring devices

Able to complete basic mathematical functions

Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

Starting pay $16.74 per hour
