D365 Project Manager - F&O
Job Description
Lead a multi-year D365 F&O migration for a mid-market US manufacturer transitioning off legacy. You'll represent the client's interests, managing traffic between internal business stakeholders and their SI partner across 8-10 remaining rollouts — with an acquisition on the horizon adding to the scope.
\n\nDetails:
\nStart date: ASAP
\nLocation: Dallas, TX (hybrid - approximately 25-50% on-site per month, remainder remote)
\nContract: 40 hrs/week, initial 6-month term with strong likelihood of 6-12+ month extension
\nContract-to-hire: Possible but not guaranteed
\nRate: 110−130-/hr (travel expenses covered separately)
\n\nKey Requirements:
\n- \n
- 5-7+ years managing D365 F&O implementations end-to-end \n
- Able to engage in functional conversations with the business and SI \n
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred (build-to-order, project-based manufacturing, vendor management, percentage-of-completion projects) \n
- Comfortable owning the client-side PM function alongside an SI-led delivery team \n
- Willing and able to travel to Dallas (and occasionally to client sites) \n
- Not afraid to take charge — this role requires someone who drives momentum, not just tracks it \n
Nice to Have:
\n- \n
- Experience with Epicor-to-D365 migrations \n
- Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management within F&O \n
- Prior experience working alongside large SI partners \n
