Bilingual Associate Attorney

Rafael Tirado & Associates with an emphasis Immigration law and Personal Injury and seeks an associate attorney. License required. Successful candidate will be one who thrives in courtroom setting and provides good guidance and direction to staff; position provides attorney with valuable experience in court appearances, motion practice and argument, and trying cases. Some travel within Arizona required. Immigration Law experience preferred but not required.\n

\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n

\nFrequent court appearances for dockets, hearings and trials\n
\nPrepare pleadings, motions and discovery responses\n
\nLegal research and writing\n
\nReview and signing of pleadings\n
\nReview of new cases\n
\n
\nClient Intake\n
\n
\nEducation/Experience and Other Requirements:\n
\nJ.D. Degree\n
\nLicensed in AZ preferred\n
\nExperience preferred\n
\nMaintained required continuing legal education as required\n
\n
