Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee power distribution design projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of power distribution design projects, from initiation through completion
Oversee design teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant deliverables
Coordinate with engineers, designers, field personnel, and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Monitor project performance and proactively address risks or delays
Review design packages for quality, accuracy, and adherence to client standards and industry regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring expectations are met
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across project teams
Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of Project Manager experience within design of Power Distribution
Experience with Project Coordinator
Experience with customer relations
