Specialty Pharmacist - Baton Rouge, LA

RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with the opportunity for extension or direct hire. This is an onsite position within a specialty pharmacy setting focused on medication therapy management (MTM).

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
Day shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Details:

13-week contract assignment with the potential for extension or permanent placement
Onsite role in Baton Rouge, LA
Specialty pharmacy/MTM environment

Responsibilities:

Support pharmacy production operations in a specialty pharmacy setting
Review and verify prescriptions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to provide exceptional patient care
Maintain all required documentation and adhere to state and federal regulations

Requirements:

Active Louisiana Pharmacist license
Active pharmacist license in at least one of the following states, or willingness to reciprocate additional licenses as needed: Alaska, Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming.

Previous retail or specialty pharmacy experience
Ability to work onsite in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
