Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license (required)
• Experience or strong interest in Special Education, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and environments across multiple campuses
• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to partner with diverse educational professionals
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support to students in Setting 3 Autism programs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with families, related services staff, and general education teams
• Maintain accurate records, progress data, and communicate student needs
• Adjust plans and strategies to support evolving caseloads, ensuring continuity of services
