Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license (required)
- Experience or strong interest in Special Education, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and environments across multiple campuses
- Strong collaborative skills and willingness to partner with diverse educational professionals
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to students in Setting 3 Autism programs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with families, related services staff, and general education teams
- Maintain accurate records, progress data, and communicate student needs
- Adjust plans and strategies to support evolving caseloads, ensuring continuity of services
