Job Description
A great K–12 school in Texas is now looking to hire a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a current, part-time opening. Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based position. Responsibilities
* Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
* Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students' needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
* Work in a K–12 school setting with students across a variety of grade levels.
Experience
* Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred.
* Experience providing virtual speech therapy preferred.
Education
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
* Texas Speech-Language Pathology Services Certificate issued by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), or eligibility to obtain one.
Employment Type
* 1099 Contract

* Full time or part-time schedule based on district needs.
