Soliantis seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) tojoin our team in an elementary school in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are seeking a candidate to provide essential speech, language, and communicationsupport to students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them succeedacademically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group sessions) in areas including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic/social communication
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and administrators to support student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and RTI processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with state and federal regulations (IDEA)
  • Supervise SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFs) if applicable

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • Current North Carolina state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!)
  • Strong knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
