Job Description
Soliant is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, onsite opportunity with a supportive school district in the Detroit area for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a manageable caseload, collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success.
Position Details
Full-Time: 37.5 Hours Per Week
School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 23, 2027
Setting: Onsite
Openings: 2 Positions Available
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Provide direct and indirect services to students
Caseload
Caseload expected to remain well below the state maximum of 60 students
Supportive special education team and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Michigan SLP License or eligibility to obtain
School experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation
$42-$50 per hour based on experience
