As a key team member, you'll work across various grade levels to provide invaluable occupational therapy services, collaborate with staff, and contribute to student success.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Arizona state Occupational Therapy license
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required at time of application)
  • Previous experience in school-based OT preferred
  • Familiarity with assessing, planning, and implementing therapy for diverse student needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school team members

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct therapy services to students from PreK through 8th grade
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining clear, accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating on student intervention plans
  • Consulting with teachers and families to support classroom adaptations and student participation
  • Traveling between school sites within the district as needed
