Fire Sprinkler Designer

Job Description:
\n We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing fire sprinkler systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design fire sprinkler systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, AutoSPRINK).
\n
• Prepare system layouts, hydraulic calculations and stock lists.
\n
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure integrated design solutions.
\n
• Review and interpret plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
\n
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed.
\n
• Stay updated on industry codes, standards, and best practices.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• NICET level 1, 2, or 3 preferred.
\n
• Two years of experience in fire sprinkler design.
\n
• Proficient in CAD software; experience with HydraCAD and AutoSPRINK is a plus.
\n
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
