\nOur client is an expanding industrial technology company delivering automation, robotics, and infrastructure solutions to customers across the U.S. They are looking for an Operations Leader to oversee nationwide project execution, lead regional operations teams, and drive operational excellence.

- Lead operations across multiple U.S. locations and manage regional leaders. \n
- Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, staffing, and delivery. \n
- Develop consistent operational processes and performance metrics. \n
- Build strong relationships with key customers and manage escalations. \n
- Partner with executive leadership on operational strategy and business growth. \n
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and overall operational efficiency. \n
- Travel to customer sites to support teams and maintain high service standards. \n
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. \n
- 10+ years of operations leadership within industrial, construction, engineering, mining, or related sectors. \n
- Experience managing multi-site teams and complex projects. \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. \n
- Familiarity with OSHA/MSHA regulations is preferred. \n
- Ability to travel domestically up to 40%. \n
