What You'll Lead

• Approximately $1.6M annual food program

• Multi-outlet culinary operation

• Upscale resident dining

• Café & marketplace operations

What You'll Do

• Lead all culinary and kitchen operations

• Drive scratch cooking and culinary excellence

• Create seasonal menus and innovative features

• Coach, mentor, and develop your culinary team

• Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation

• Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory

• Execute catering and special events

• Partner with leadership to create an outstanding resident experience
