Bilingual Financial Services Customer Service LHH Recruitment is partnering with a large organization in Albuquerque who is in search of a customer service representative to join their team. This role requires you to be fully Bilingual Spanish, and is onsite, Monday-Friday. This position plays a critical role in supporting lending operations while providing exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients throughout the loan process. The hourly rate is between $22/hr-$24/hr DOE.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the lending and loan application process.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and in person.
- Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Process loan applications and maintain accurate customer records.
- Explain financial products, loan programs, and lending requirements to customers.
- Communicate with borrowers to obtain required documentation and resolve application issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely loan processing.
- Maintain confidentiality while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately enter customer information into internal systems.
- Assist with general administrative and operational support for the lending team.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, lending, mortgage, loan servicing, or a related customer service environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential financial information.
