Property Assistant
LHH is partnering with a highly respected commercial real estate organization in the Washington, DC area to identify a Property Assistant to support a busy portfolio and property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional looking to build a career within commercial real estate and property operations.
This position plays a key role in supporting daily administrative activities, tenant communications, vendor coordination, and operational processes across a commercial property portfolio.

This position plays a key role in supporting daily administrative activities, tenant communications, vendor coordination, and operational processes across a commercial property portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to property management and operations teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and assist with tracking work orders and service completion.
- Support vendor onboarding, contract administration, and invoice processing activities.
- Maintain organized property records, documentation, and tracking reports.
- Assist with tenant communications, building notices, and routine correspondence.
- Help coordinate meetings, property inspections, and special projects as needed.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and other operational initiatives.
- 1+ years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, property management, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
