A temporary opportunity is available for a Relief Hospital Pharmacist to provide critical inpatient pharmacy support at a small critical care hospital. This per diem role involves ensuring accurate medication management and collaborating directly with healthcare providers within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Reviewing and checking physician orders to ensure appropriateness
• Responding to medication-related inquiries from nurses and physicians
• Supporting daily inpatient pharmacy operations
• Ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications

Desired Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in Wisconsin
• Experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy and/or critical care pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a smaller hospital environment
