This role is designed for professionals who hold an SLP-CCC and are enthusiastic about making a difference across 2-3 schools in a collaborative and supportive setting. With a manageable caseload of 65 students and a full 40-hour work week, you'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships and witness real progress in your students’ communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience delivering school-based speech services, preferably in K-12 settings
  • Strong organizational skills to balance direct therapy and indirect service tasks
  • Ability to adapt therapy to diverse student needs and engage families and staff
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evaluations, individualized therapy, and comprehensive support to students with communication disorders
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, progress notes, and reports (“caseload” model in place)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective intervention and IEP compliance
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training, with indirect hours included
  • Provide services on-site (itinerant travel between assigned schools required)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
