Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience working with K-12 students, especially in a school setting, is highly valued
- Ability to work on-site only (not a remote or virtual opportunity)
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and progress
- Provide direct therapy and progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough documentation and communication with stakeholders
