Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license
- Arizona Teaching Certification
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Open to SLPs with CCC, CFY, or strong healthcare and pediatric experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for empowering students and partnering with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver therapy services individually and in groups, adapting to a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation compliant with school and state guidelines
- Participate in eligibility and multidisciplinary team meetings
