Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CO CDE) School Psychologist license is required
• Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education processes and IEP development
• Ability to coordinate with educators and SPED professionals
• Excellent communication, consultation, and organization skills
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) is a plus
• High degree of professionalism, reliability, and adaptability

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative services to SPED teams across elementary schools (no direct student services)
• Manage and review caseloads of approximately 40 students with IEPs at each site
• Support compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations
• Participate in and contribute expertise to IEP meetings and assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers to ensure students' individual needs are addressed
• Maintain thorough and accurate records, documentation, and reporting
• Foster a positive and supportive school climate

This role runs from July 27, 2026, to May 21, 2027, with 37.5 hours per week. You’ll have the opportunity to shape student experiences and outcomes in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
