Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs and the special education process

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students, tailoring interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student goals
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation according to regulations and best practices
