LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading law firm to identify an experienced Billing Specialist to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely client billing and supporting the firm's financial operations. The role is 5 days in the office until training is completed and then it transitions to a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices in compliance with firm and client guidelines.
- Monitor billing schedules and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Process adjustments, write-offs, and credits as needed.
- Maintain accurate billing records and generate reports for management.
- Assist with electronic billing (eBilling) and ensure compliance with client billing platforms.
- 2???4 years of billing experience in a law firm environment required.
- Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and client guidelines.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
