o Day Shift Core: 3 RNs, 1 Scrub tech, 1 Unit Secretary
o Night Shift -
Patient Ratios 2:1, high risk 1:1 or 2:1 if stable
Type of equipment -
EMR CPN (Centricity), Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Current Intermediate Fetal monitoring
ACLS
NRP
BLS
O.R. Circulator
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Bilingual
Scrub tech skills

Cesarean sections
BTLs/Salpingectomies
