Location: Union City, CA
Duration: Contract to Hire
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves order picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders, ensuring correct item, lot number, and quantity
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring product protection and accuracy
• Perform quality checks on materials, cartons, and shipments
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and warehouse processes
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations
• Use warehouse systems (SAP, RF scanners, or voice picking systems) for order processing
• Assist with inventory handling, storage, and movement of materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Basic computer skills (SAP or warehouse systems preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good attendance and reliability
