IAM ID Operations Specialist

IAM ID Operations Specialist needs 5+ years supporting identity services in a large enterprise

IAM ID Operations Specialist requires:

Active Directory, Entra AD and OKTA, Privilege Identity Management, Privilege Access Management, of Active Directory backup and recovery and advanced audit, Okta and Entra (Azure) and a Global Admin level

A proven background in identity services, supporting Active Directory, Entra AD and OKTA

3+ years supporting identity services in a large enterprise

A background in multiple forest, multiple domain environments supporting resource domains for exchange

Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Administration and Support

Knowledge of Privilege Identity Management, Privilege Access Management

Knowledge of Active Directory backup and recovery and advanced audit

Knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Windows Firewall

Capabilities in scripting in languages including PowerShell

Knowledge of PKI and Certificate Services, templates, and management

Understanding of Unix and Linux Operating Systems

Experience managing Okta and Entra (Azure) and a Global Admin level

IAM ID Operations Specialist duties

o Creation of Users, Groups, Computers, OUs, Group Managed Service Accounts

o DNS

o Group Policy

o Domain DFS

o Active Directory Sites and Services

o Windows Server Operating Systems up to and including Windows Server 2019

o Active Directory Trusts (forest, Child and External)

o Backup and Restore of AD objects

o Active Directory Schema and attributes

o NTFS and Share Permissions

o AD Certificate Services (PKI)

o PowerShell and/or another scripting language

o ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services)

o Any Identity Services e.g., OKTA, Ping, Forgerock

o Semperis Forest Recovery, Semperis DSP and Change Auditor

o Entra AD and Office 365

o Microsoft Azure AD Connect
