Compensation & Incentives

    Base Pay: $32.00 to $52.00/hr (experience-based)

  • \n

    Differentials:

      Nights: +$4.50/hr

      • \n
    • \n

      Weekends: +$5.00/hr

    • \n
  • \n

    Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

    • \n
  • \n

    Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

    Employment Type: Full-time, Nights (12-hour shifts)

    Lead care for critically ill adult patients in a high-acuity ICU

    • \n
  • \n

    Manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, invasive hemodynamic monitoring

    • \n
  • \n

    Respond fast, think clearly, and collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team

    • \n
  • \n

    Contribute to a unit known for strong outcomes and strong leadership

  • \n

    Work in an environment that values evidence-based practice, nurse autonomy, and teamwork

What you bring

    Active Florida RN license (or immediate eligibility)

    • \n
  • \n

    Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience

    • \n
  • \n

    BLS & ACLS required

    • \n
  • \n

    A steady presence under pressure, strong clinical judgement, and night-shift excellence

    • \n
