Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a Slip Sheet Forklift Operatorfor one of our clients in Pasadena, TX. The Push/Pull Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift equipped with a push/pull attachment to handle slipsheeted products, load/unload trailers, and support warehouse material flow. This role requires precision, awareness of load stability, and consistent adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate push/pull forklift to move slipsheeted goods
  • Load and unload trailers, containers, and staging areas
  • Perform order pulling, stocking, and replenishment
  • Safely push, pull, clamp, lift, and maneuver palletless loads
  • Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow warehouse safety standards
  • Support general material handling tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience
  • Sitdown forklift operation experience
  • Experience using push/pull or slipsheet attachments
  • Ability to read pick tickets, load sheets, and inventory documents
  • Strong awareness of load stability and product integrity
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in fastpaced environments
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse systems (manual or RF—if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clamp truck experience
  • Previous work in highvolume distribution or manufacturing
  • OSHA forklift certification

COMPENSATION: $18

**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
