Director of Pharmacy, Days (8am -4pm)

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Pharmacist for a combined Working Director of Pharmacy / Staff Pharmacist role at a Critical Access Hospital in Oregon.

Position Details
Schedule: M–F, 8:00am–4:30pm
No On-Call

13-week assignment with potential for permanent hire

Open to travelers
25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Daily census around 10 patients
Cerner EMR / Omnicell automation
Support from 2 pharmacy techs daily

Responsibilities:
Manage and staff the inpatient pharmacy
Order verification and clinical review
Verify IVs prepared by technicians
Sterile compounding as needed
Oversee daily pharmacy operations

Requirements

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Pharmacy management experience
• Sterile compounding experience
