Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Bilingual fluency required for direct therapy and collaboration
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Ability to effectively manage a small, focused caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to a group of 8 students for approximately 15 hours each week
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set individualized goals
- Support diverse speech and language needs in both individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to ensure success
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and federal requirements
