Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Bilingual fluency required for direct therapy and collaboration
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to effectively manage a small, focused caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to a group of 8 students for approximately 15 hours each week
  • Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set individualized goals
  • Support diverse speech and language needs in both individual and small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to ensure success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and federal requirements
  • Communicate progress regularly to families, helping them understand and participate in their child’s journey
