This full-time role focuses on a high school caseload, allowing you to use your expertise and creativity while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and staff. Your advanced clinical skills as a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) will be vital in meeting individual student needs, fostering communication skills, and contributing to student success.

What we're looking for:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Eligibility for SLP licensure in Connecticut
• Previous experience in a school-based setting (highly preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse high school caseload
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting student learning

Key responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in high school students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to promote student progress
• Provide direct therapy, as well as consultative services
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Provide support and advocacy for students’ speech-language needs within the school community
