Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Tinley Park, IL

Your skills in SLP—across healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and schools—will be central as you assess students, develop personalized goals, and collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Whether you hold your CCC or are working toward CFY, your dedication to student development will shine as you participate in IEP meetings and champion effective interventions.

Key qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Experience with pediatric populations within a school or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of teletherapy best practices is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between sites within the workday

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students pre-K through 8th grade
• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and monitor individualized goals for students on your caseload
• Participate fully in IEP meetings and collaborate with teams to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state policies
