Experience the opportunity to make a meaningful difference as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students onsite in the Connellsville area. Deliver impactful services during the first semester of the school year at a well-supported elementary school setting, working three days per week. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate required
  • SLP-CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence) highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a school-based SLP role is advantageous
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving caseload needs (caseload assignment to be determined)
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and welcoming learning environments

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy onsite
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
  • Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide consultative services and training to school personnel as needed
  • Monitor and measure student progress, adjusting interventions as appropriate
