Take your School Psychologist expertise to the next level by providing critical support to students across the full academic year through two impactful leaves of absence. Located near Quincy, MA, this contract role offers the chance to make a real difference at both elementary and high school levels.

In the first segment, you’ll step in starting September 1 through November 2, 2026 at an elementary school. Your responsibilities will center around conducting initial evaluations and re-evaluations, chairing IEP meetings, and offering direct counseling services to students in need.

The second assignment takes place within a high school setting, beginning with a short overlap on December 21 and 22 and extending into early May. Here, you’ll collaborate with a team of three psychologists to handle initials and re-evaluations specifically for students in a resource program, helping guide their educational journey through expert assessment and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience within K-12 educational settings
  • Strong background in conducting initials, re-evaluations, and developing IEPs
  • Experience providing individual or group counseling to students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments (initial and re-evaluations)
  • Chair and actively participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver counseling services tailored to student needs
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
