Job Summary

A well-established law firm in downtown Orlando is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its growing legal team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a litigation professional with 3 or more years of experience who enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of the case lifecycle and wants to build a long-term career in a stable, professional legal environment.

This in-office role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team, experienced attorneys, and leadership that values accuracy, initiative, collaboration, and continued professional growth. Candidates with backgrounds in personal injury, civil litigation, insurance defense, plaintiff litigation, or defense litigation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of active cases.
- Assist with case management, document preparation, court filings, and deadline tracking.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain discovery materials, pleadings, correspondence, and case files.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, court personnel, and other parties.
- Support attorneys with administrative, legal, and case-related tasks to help move matters forward efficiently.
- Maintain strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work arrangement: 100% in-office position in downtown Orlando, FL.
- Medical insurance fully paid by the firm after 90 days.
- 401(k) offered.
- 17 days of PTO.
