Contract Administrator
Join a growing team supporting the review, administration, and processing of commercial contracts across a dynamic organization. This is a hybrid role once you have completed training (3 days in Tulsa, 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, route, and maintain contracts and legal documents
- Support agreements related to technology, operations, consulting, and vendor services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards
- Coordinate approvals, certificates of insurance, and vendor documentation
- Maintain contract records within contract management systems
- Assist with contract negotiations and escalate non-standard terms as needed
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract processes
- Experience with contract administration, legal support, procurement, or commercial agreements
- Knowledge of contract terms, compliance requirements, and document management
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Formal education in business, legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field.
