HVAC Project Manager
Job Description
Manage HVAC construction projects from kickoff to closeout
Develop project scopes, timelines, and schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities
Review blueprints, schematics, and HVAC technical drawings
Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards
Track project progress and provide regular status updates
Resolve project issues with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
Conduct site inspections for quality control and compliance
Handle change orders, documentation, and project closeout processes
Maintain budget control and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
Proven experience managing HVAC construction projects
Strong background in commercial or industrial construction management
Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and schematics
Experience with site supervision, safety protocols, and quality assurance
Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Experience with civil engineering plans or civil site work is a plus
