Contract Details
  • Position Type: Contract (Travel/Nurse)
  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 Hours, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • On-Call: Yes 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 6:00 PM Monday at 7:30 AM)
  • Weekend Requirement: Yes on-call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week
  • Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
  • Float: May float to EP or IR within scope to meet facility needs
  • Block Schedule: Not available
  • Travel Requirements: Local candidates not accepted candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
  • RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary

This is a Cath Lab RN travel contract position at an acute hospital in Anchorage, AK. The facility is a Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma Center, and USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska, with 407 total staffed beds. First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment.

Education Requirements
  • AK RN License required (pending AK license accepted; must have license in hand for Auto Offer)
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required

  • Acute hospital setting
  • Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska
  • Total staffed beds: 407
  • Scrub color: Provided by facility
  • Charting system: Epic
  • Parking: Free
  • COVID-19 vaccination: Not required
