What You'll Do

• Lead all back-of-house operations while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Manage food and labor costs while driving operational excellence.
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently exceeded.
• Partner with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience from opening day forward.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef leadership experience.
• Scratch kitchen experience is required.
• Proven success managing high-volume restaurant sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be willing and able to travel out of town for an extended training period before returning to lead the opening of the McDonough GA location.
