Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager to support a leading fire protection organization in Charlotte, NC.
This individual will oversee fire sprinkler projects from award through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, customer communication, and field operations while maintaining compliance with applicable codes and company standards. This role works closely with design teams, field personnel, sales representatives, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in the fire sprinkler industry
- Project management experience within fire sprinkler/fire protection projects or strong fire sprinkler field experience with leadership potential
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NICET certification
- Previous experience managing fire protection projects from start to finish
