School Psychologist | Santa Fe, New Mexico

Make a meaningful impact as a school psychologist supporting children and youth who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing near Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. This contract opportunity is for the 2026-2027 school year, with an anticipated schedule from August 3rd through June 4th, 2027. In this onsite position, you will split your time between the Santa Fe and Albuquerque areas, working standard school hours (7.5 hours per day).

Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in educational settings, specifically with children and youth from birth through age 21
• Knowledge or experience supporting students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is highly preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between Santa Fe and Albuquerque campuses as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, counseling, and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Participate in eligibility determination and IEP meetings
• Consult with staff and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
