Key Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist certification/licensure (as required for Pennsylvania)
• Experience in a school setting, specifically with high school students
• Familiarity with conducting evaluations and assessments
• Strong understanding of and comfort working in urban school environments
• Ability to complete all required PA clearances before start date
• Reliable transportation for a consistent onsite schedule
• Willingness and ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM–2:45 PM, with no schedule accommodations
• Professionalism and adaptability to thrive within a busy, high-need district
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders and advocating for students’ needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and psychological assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop appropriate interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling support as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards
