Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Located in Bonita Springs, FL, this contract position requires a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver teletherapy services to K-12 students across multiple schools within Golden Gate City and Immokalee. This role offers up to 35 hours per week, providing direct speech services, completing IEP documentation, and attending IEP meetings virtually. Evaluations will be conducted on-site only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy speech services to students ranging from elementary through high school.
- Prepare, maintain, and complete IEP documentation in accordance with guidelines.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings with educators, parents, and other team members.
- Adhere to licensing and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate remotely with school personnel to optimize student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist licensure.
- Previous successful completion of VocoVision assignments is strongly preferred.
- Experience with telespeech/teletherapy in a school setting.
- Ability to combine caseloads effectively across multiple schools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Clearance through Florida fingerprinting and issuance of JLA badge required prior to start.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Virtual teletherapy with schools in Naples, FL.
- Contract period: August 11, 2026 – May 27, 2027.
- Work schedule: Up to 35 hours per week, flexible full-time or part-time options.
- Student age group: Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Multiple school assignments within Golden Gate City and Immokalee areas.
