Key Qualifications:

  • Dual certification in Early Childhood Education and Special Education (required)
  • Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging classroom environments
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and support to a caseload of 10-15 Pre-K students
  • Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive classroom atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators, specialists, and families
  • Employ evidence-based strategies and progress monitoring to drive student growth
  • Maintain compliance with all reporting and documentation requirements
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development

This opportunity provides a set schedule of 37.5 hours per week from August 24, 2026 to November 13, 2026, all within a single building, allowing you to build strong connections with students and colleagues.
