Job Description
Job Position: Warehouse Office Agent
Location: Irving, TX 75061
Pay Rate: $20.00/Hr. - $22.00/HR
Shift: Monday - Friday 6 am -3 pm
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
Unpack shipment deliveries
Prepare shipping documents
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Consolidate shipping orders
Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt
of products
Promptly unloads trucks and sorts and stocks receivables
Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in warehousing or freight terminal operations preferred
Familiarity with internal freight/logistics systems and Microsoft Office Suite
