Registered Nurse - Night Shift

We are excited to announce that our organization, recognized as one of the top nursing homes by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Our RNs play a vital role in addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring participation in the daily life rhythm of residents.
- Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate care plans as necessary and supervise resident care appropriately.
- Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.
- Active RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
