Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
  • Help patients achieve functional goals through evidence-based care.
  • Establish strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience.
  • Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation is completed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing clinic environment.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $26 - $30 per hour, including productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid continuing education, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
