Responsibilities- Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.

Qualifications- Must be a graduate from an accredited vocational nursing program.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a practical nurse.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Salary InformationPosted Salary Range: USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 per hour.
