VernCo Roofing is hiring a motivated Project Manager to lead residential roofing and exterior projects from the initial inspection through final invoice. You'll build your own book of business and serve as the go-to contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Management

• Build and grow your personal book of business.

• Conduct property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.

• Sign contracts and communicate clear timelines to clients.

• Deliver a strong customer experience across the full project lifecycle.

Project Oversight

• Build precise estimates using AccuLynx.
\n
• Manage projects from start to finish.
\n
• Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
\n
• Partner with operations on final quality inspections.
\n

Estimating & Billing

\n
• Create and refine project estimates.
\n
• Submit invoices and follow up on collections.
\n
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
\n
